blog 3: Why did i choose psychology?

 

Hello everybody! In this blog I will tell you how I chose to study psychology. This story begins when I was little, since I always wanted to study medicine, but there was a biology teacher who made me hate everything related to health. From there I thought about studying engineering, because I was good at math, but I never felt that it was something that I was passionate about.

Once I got to my last year of school I had to go to the psychologist, and there I realized that I would be very happy if I studied that. It was a career that always interested me, but I refused to study it since I did not consider myself a humanist, and I hated reading. I realized that I was passionate about human behavior, listening to and advising people, and that I would feel very fulfilled if I helped others to make their lives a little better. It is here when I decided on this beautiful career, and after a chaotic PSU I was able to enter to study it.
